2006 Hong Kong Arts Festival

The 34th Hong Kong Arts Festival running for five weeks from 9 February to 12 March 2006 will feature some of the top talents from the world of the arts. Asia¡¦s premier showcase for performing arts will feature 36 events covering opera, Chinese opera, classical music, jazz, world music, popular music, theatre, dance as well as a full-blown musical. This feast of talent includes the San Francisco Symphony, City of Birmingham Symphony Chorus, veteran jazz guitarist John Scofield in a tribute to Ray Charles, The National Theatre of Britain, Semper Opera Dresden and Opera Nuremberg, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and many more. Be sure to book your tickets early as they usually go quickly!
